Executive Committee

The article of incorporation of the HOPE Foundation has seven initial directors.

The executive committee consists of:

• President - Durgashanker Nagda,
• Vice President - Gunvant C. Shah P.E.,
• Treasurer - Ajay S. Patel, and
• Secretary - Dimple Sharma, M.S., M.B.A.

The bylaws and tax exempt (upon request) status is available.
